Anglican Church's Rifts Over Sexuality Challenge Its Leader

Archbishop Justin Welby has hoped to unify a denomination increasingly torn between conservatives, many in Africa, and liberals, particularly in the U.S. But so far, he has failed to reverse the growing rift.
